WARRANTY POLICY
All ROLLSROLLER® products are manufactured under strict quality control and are designed for long-term, reliable operation. In the unlikely event of a defect, the following warranty terms apply.
ROLLSROLLER® Flatbed Applicator
Models: Signature, Signature ONE, Signature Plus, Premium, Regular, Entry and Traffic.
Provided that the product has been installed, operated and maintained according to the instructions, your ROLLSROLLER® Flatbed Applicator is covered against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
- Construction and mechanical components: 5 years from the date of delivery
- Electrical components: 2 years from the date of delivery
Glass panels are excluded from warranty coverage.
ROLLSROLLER® SLIM
Provided that the product has been installed, operated and maintained according to the instructions, your ROLLSROLLER® SLIM Flatbed Applicator is covered against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
- Construction and mechanical components: 3 years from the date of delivery
- Glass panels are excluded from warranty coverage.
ROLL-X® Multipurpose Applicator
Models: GO and Professional
Provided that the product has been installed, operated and maintained according to the instructions, your ROLL-X® Multipurpose Applicator is covered against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
- Construction and mechanical components: 2 years from the date of delivery
- Electrical components: 2 years from the date of delivery
- Glass panels are excluded from warranty coverage.
Accessories, spare parts and other products:
Separately purchased optional equipment, accessories and spare parts are covered by the applicable warranty provided by ROLLSROLLER® or the respective manufacturer.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product.
For third-party products, warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.
Warranty conditions:
Warranty claims must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the fault was, or reasonably should have been, detected.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Physical damage, misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Incorrect installation
- Lack of or improper maintenance
- Use of non-approved cleaning agents or chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of non-original spare parts
Transport Damage
Visible transport damage must be reported directly to the shipping company upon delivery.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photographs of the damage.
- Submit photographs and supporting documentation through the ROLLSROLLER® online claim form.
Hidden transport damage or missing parts must be reported to ROLLSROLLER® through the online claim form together with photographs and supporting documentation.
Transport damage must be reported immediately and no later than three (3) working days after delivery.
To ensure proper claim handling, all packaging materials and pallets must be retained until the claim has been resolved.
Force Majeure
ROLLSROLLER AB shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades, cyber incidents, supplier disruptions, transportation disruptions, natural disasters or other similar events.

Replacement Work and Replacement Parts
Troubleshooting and replacement work on site shall normally be performed by the end user or an authorized ROLLSROLLER® dealer/representative.
ROLLSROLLER® may, at its sole discretion, perform such work using its own personnel.
During the warranty period, ROLLSROLLER® provides free remote technical support by telephone and e-mail.
All warranty claims must be approved by ROLLSROLLER AB.
In the event of an approved warranty claim, ROLLSROLLER AB will provide replacement parts free of charge.
Labor costs, travel expenses and any related service costs are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
The warranty liability of ROLLSROLLER AB is limited to the original invoice value of the delivered product.
Under no circumstances shall ROLLSROLLER AB be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-production damages, loss of profit, loss of business or any other economic loss arising from the use of the product.
If a fault is determined not to be covered by warranty, replacement parts, transportation, troubleshooting and other related costs will be invoiced to the customer.
A troubleshooting fee may be charged where no fault is found.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by ROLLSROLLER AB.
