We invented the flatbed applicator, now we take the technology a step further and introduces Heat roller. A new product developed to take heat assisted lamination to a whole new level. Heat roller combines the advantages of flatbed application and our new (patent pending) technology for a thermal roll with controlled consistent temperature around the roll mantle.
The heated roller reduces the appearance of micro bubbles (silvering) upon application of laminate which means faster delivery to the customer without lead times. The roller temperature can easily be adjusted as needed; there are three preset power settings (30-50°C). The working temperature is shown on a display on the glide beam.
